perfect if you already do some home inspections on your own, and just need a fresh set of eyes
for assistance. Option Two is geared towards showing you what to look for in your Home
Plumbing inspection.

Thorough Annual Walkthrough Inspection: We’ll conduct a detailed visual inspection of all visible faucets, toilets, drains, shutoff valves, and piping, with a focus on identifying potential issues. Our team will walk you through the inspection, testing all faucets, drains, and toilets. We’ll also locate and test shutoff valves, inspect outdoor hose taps (seasonally), and check for leaks in visible piping.

What the Colvin Plumbing Inc Service Plan Does Not include:
Multi Dwelling Units, tenanted units, Commercial, Industrial, or Institutional Units or spaces.
Repairs to items found during the Annual inspection, these are covered in separate estimates and can be scheduled at the membership price. All Estimates must be scheduled through the office of Colvin Plumbing and cannot be arranged by the tech on the job site.
Damage caused by any issues not found during the visual inspection. Visual inspection is meant to find existing issues, other issues can crop up throughout the year
and without notice.
